About FNF - Management Team

Mr. Chai Chung Wai, joined the Group in April 2008. He is the Company Secretary and Qualified Accountant of the Group. Mr. Chai holds a Master Degree in Business Administration and Master Degree in PRC Accounting. He is a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, Certified Public Accountant of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and an associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. He has over 18 years of working experience in audit and accounting. He was previously a financial controller and company secretary of a listed company in Hong Kong.

Mr. Huang Zhiming is the manager of the finance department of the Group and a Certified Accountant in the PRC. He graduated from Fujian Commercial College, majored in financial accounting. He has more than 10 years of experience in budgeting and foreign business taxation for manufacturing business. Mr. Huang joined the Group since may 1997.

Ms. Ye Jianhua is the quality control manager of the Group. She graduated from Fujian Agriculture University. She is a veterinary surgeon & hygiene inspection professional. Ms. Ye joined the Group in July 1997.

Mr. Zheng Mingfeng is the manager of research and development department of the Group. Mr. Zheng graduated from Fujian Agricultural University with a Master degree in storage and processing of agricultural by-products in July 1997. Mr. Zheng spent 8 years teaching in the Fujian Agricultural University before enrolling in graduate school to pursuit his master degree. Mr. Zheng joined the Group in September 1997.
